MOILOC PRODUCTS

The Moiloc Mobility Bag is best for e-step users and may fit almost all models of the vehicle in the market. In addition, the versatile bag can also be installed on the tube of a bike.

We set high standards for our products and expect the Moiloc mobility bag to offer you optimal performance in use. Launched after rounds of internal testing and improvements, the meticulously designed and produced bag is backed by technologies. The certifications it has received from prestigethird-party organisations endorse its optimization.

The maximum weight the Moiloc mobility bag can carry is 1.5 kg.

Please check if the magnetic buckles are in the right positions and assembled correctly. More information can be found in the Manual and Assembly Video. If the problem persists, please contact us at our info@moiloc.com email.

To use the Moiloc Mobility Bag as a crossbody bag, you may detach it from the tube of your vehicle by unfastening the magnetic buckle and attach the shoulder bag straps to it.

MOILOC SERVICES

If you have subscribed for the Premium Warranty programme and are eligible for warranty, you may fill in this form and send the bag back to us. After swift inspection and preparation, your new Moiloc Mobility Bag will be at your door very soon!

We offer a two-year warranty for all Moiloc products, with which all products you purchase with us can receive repairment from our experts for free when there is damage. The premium warranty is an upgraded version of the normal one, with which users can request cashless new-for-old replacements. Damage caused by accidents or improper usage or any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Moiloc are ineligible for free repairments and replacements.

If you have registered for the Premium Warranty programme, we are happy to exchange for a new one for you. If not, no need to worry, as we offer a two-year warranty for all Moiloc products. Under this warranty, we will have your bag repaired by our experts. However, it shall be noted that damage caused by accidents or improper usage or any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Moiloc are not covered by either of the warranty schemes.

We aim at making the shipment within 1 or 2 working days after receiving your order. If you have not received the shipment notification that comes with a tracking number, please contact us at info@moiloc.com and include your order number in your message.
